David has been with Hopkins Consultants since 2014. David has had over 17 years experience in civil detailed design of both large and small projects and over 28 years experience in drafting. He has substantial 12d modelling experience in civil design of mining, residential subdivisions and industrial and commercial developments including schools, colleges and major shopping centres.
