TIMBERTOWN ESTATE

Timbertown Estate has been a key development as part of the urban growth strategy of Wauchope from 2008 – 2018. The estate has provided over 100 new residential lots and associated services, improved water quality, and enhanced the environment via Improvements to Yippin Creek. Hopkins provided: land zoning advice, prepared statutory approvals, full civil design, pre and post construction survey, vegetation management, streetscape designs, water quality plans, and construction administration.
