A major land release comprising 2200 home sites & a new town centre to cater for a population of 12000 people. The clients are committed to providing their residents with a ‘whole town’ experience by providing a place to live, a place to work and a place to play. This project comprises residential, commercial and open spaces along with a road network to ease the burden on the main road network of the area.

This land release project is expected to be completed over the next decade and result in a total investment approaching $1 Billion. Hopkins Consultants is the lead consultant to Lewis Developments Pty Ltd for the provision of project administration, town planning, rezoning, civil engineering design, environmental protection and management, park and streetscape design, construction management and the full range of surveying required to create a full master planned community.
